ABOUT ME
Behavior makes a lot more sense when you stop looking at it in isolation.
My work has taken me from direct practice to building and leading organizations, consulting with teams, mentoring professionals, and working with families. The settings have changed, but the question underneath the work has stayed surprisingly consistent: What’s getting in the way, and what would make things work better?

COMMUNICATION & GROWTH
Working across regional marketing and growth gave me another way to think about behavior — how people connect with information, what builds trust, and what influences the choices they make.
MENTORSHIP & SUPERVISION
Supporting developing professionals has reinforced how important it is to go beyond knowing the concepts. I want the people I mentor to learn how to think critically, recognize what they don’t know, and apply what they’ve learned thoughtfully in the real world.
ORGANIZATIONS, BUSINESS & CONSULTING
Building and leading my own practice, working in executive leadership, and consulting with organizations gave me a deeper understanding of how systems, culture, and people intersect — and how much the environment around us shapes what happens within it.
CLINICAL PRACTICE
Working directly with children, families, and caregivers taught me the importance of understanding behavior in context and finding strategies that are both individualized and realistic for everyday life.

HOW I GOT HERE
Different experiences.
A more complete perspective.
I’ve had the opportunity to work in a lot of different spaces — clinical practice, business ownership, organizational leadership, consulting, marketing, and mentorship. Each one has given me a different lens on behavior, people, and systems, and all of it has shaped the way I think, the questions I ask, and the support I offer today.
“Whether I’m working with a parent,
a professional, or an organization,
I love helping people see something
they couldn’t quite see before.”
