BCBA FIELDWORK SUPERVISION
Supervision that prepares you to actually be a BCBA.

Remote
Supervision

Individualized to your goals

Individualized remote supervision focused on building practical skills, clinical judgment, and confidence, not just checking off fieldwork requirements.
Structured
system & support

Your hours should actually prepare you for the job.
Meeting fieldwork requirements is part of the process. But becoming a strong BCBA takes more than accumulating hours and checking boxes.
Supervision should give you opportunities to think through real problems, make decisions, practice skills, receive meaningful feedback, and connect what you're learning to the work you'll actually do as a BCBA.
We'll use your current experience, work setting, strengths, and areas for growth to shape a supervision experience that makes sense for you.
Individual
Meetings
One-on-one meetings to review progress, work through challenges, develop skills, and connect concepts to real-world practice.

A structured, individualized approach designed to help you build skills you’ll actually use.
Personalized Skill Development
We’ll use ongoing self-assessment to identify strengths, skill gaps, and priorities for your supervision.
What supervision looks like

Applied
Learning
We’ll use discussion, activities, and projects to help you think through concepts, strengthen skills, and connect what you’re learning to the experiences available in your fieldwork setting.

Progress
Tracking
We’ll track your development over time so we can see what’s improving and where we need to focus next.

Feedback + Reflection
Regular feedback and self-reflection help you evaluate your own performance and become a more independent practitioner.

Business +
Career Mentorship
Supervision can also include guidance on leadership, business operations, career development, and the realities of working as a BCBA beyond the clinical skills.

A system built around your growth.
STRUCTURED, NOT COOKIE-CUTTER

We’ll start by looking at where you are now, including the skills you already feel confident in and the areas where you need more experience.
From there, ongoing assessment, applied activities, feedback, and your real-world experiences help determine where we focus our time.
Regular reassessment helps us track your progress, identify new priorities, and make sure your supervision continues to address the skills you need to develop.

Yes. If your supervision needs change, we can discuss which option makes the most sense for you going forward.
Potentially. Depending on your work setting, goals, and available opportunities, supervision may incorporate organizational behavior management, leadership, or business-related projects. Any activities involving your worksite would need to be appropriate for your fieldwork and completed with the necessary site approval.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a meeting. Meetings canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged at the full session rate. For supervisees on the monthly plan, a late cancellation counts as one of the four included meetings.
